Unused Boost or Premium time is rarely refunded. Act inside 48 hours on a charge you did not expect, through the same store you paid.

Apple reportaproblem.apple.com, or Play Store order history → Request a refund. Fastest within 48 hours of the charge.
Bumble support
In-app settings → Help. Goodwill credits happen; they are not a policy you can count on.
Bank dispute
Use this for unauthorized charges or billing after a confirmed cancellation, with screenshots.
